6. Reporting Violations and Non-Retaliation
We encourage reporting of violations and protect whistleblowers:
- Obligation to report suspected violations of this Code
- Multiple reporting channels including anonymous hotline
- Strict non-retaliation policy for good-faith reports
- Prompt investigation and appropriate corrective action
Reporting Concerns
If you witness or suspect a violation of this Code of Conduct, you have a responsibility to report it. You can report concerns through:
- Your direct supervisor or manager
- Human Resources department

All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially. Sky Nexus prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
