Our Code of Conduct establishes the ethical standards and behaviors expected of all Sky Nexus employees, officers, directors, and representatives in conducting our business.

Code of Conduct Principles

1. Legal and Ethical Compliance

All employees must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. We are committed to:

  • Following all local, state, federal, and international laws
  • Maintaining accurate records and financial reporting
  • Adhering to industry regulations and standards
  • Cooperating fully with regulatory authorities and audits

2. Respect and Fair Treatment

We are committed to creating a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation:

  • Zero tolerance for discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Prohibition of harassment, bullying, and intimidation
  • Fair and equitable treatment for all employees
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

3. Conflicts of Interest

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company interests:

  • Disclosure of actual or potential conflicts of interest
  • Prohibition on using company position for personal gain
  • Guidelines for outside employment and business activities
  • Restrictions on gifts and entertainment from vendors

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Protecting confidential information and client data is paramount:

  • Safeguarding proprietary company information
  • Protecting client data and respecting privacy
  • Compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Secure handling of sensitive and classified information

5. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment:

  • Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Zero tolerance for workplace violence or threats
  • Drug-free and alcohol-free workplace policy
  • Support for mental health and employee wellbeing

6. Reporting Violations and Non-Retaliation

We encourage reporting of violations and protect whistleblowers:

  • Obligation to report suspected violations of this Code
  • Multiple reporting channels including anonymous hotline
  • Strict non-retaliation policy for good-faith reports
  • Prompt investigation and appropriate corrective action

Reporting Concerns

If you witness or suspect a violation of this Code of Conduct, you have a responsibility to report it. You can report concerns through:

  • Your direct supervisor or manager
  • Human Resources department
  • Ethics Hotline: 1-800-ETHICS-1 (available 24/7, anonymous)

All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially. Sky Nexus prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
